Red face The SC Belt

Can some give me a common affect of your sc belt slipping besides lower boost,
Would it play affect at cruising speeds(not hitting boost at all) cause car to have a sputtery feeling?

reason im asking is my car seems to have a bucking feeling sometimes just a cruising speeds(around 40ish-)
Or could it be something else like throtle body cleaning?

balt has 56000 on clock never changed belt yet.
How long do they last?

Thanks Forum for help

More or less belt slip you'll feel uneven boost or laggy boost. That's about it...

If you were slipping it would not happen during cruising.

sounds like your either running the car at too low an RPM for w/e loading your requiring, or theres something blocking airflow, intake or exhaust side. Most likely it would be a clogged cat if that is the case, but there isnt a wehole lot of info to go off of here
