SC Snout Machining

I saw that denny had the 2.6 inch pulley on without machining the snout, do you guys think this is a good idea. I'm getting a 2.6" pulley do you think I should get a machined snout? And also is it better to go with a idler pulley and the the stage 2 belt or the ZZP adjustable tensioner pulley.

ZZP Doesn't require machining, but I'm gonna take some 100 grit sand paper to it just in case. I'm also using a gm stage 2 belt and ZZP adjustable tensioner.

I got the zzp 2.6, they say you don't have to machine the snout, i had to on mine but it was very minor, nothing a bit of sandpaper didn't solve.

HA! Exactly what I just said! See if you just use some sand paper you'll be fine.
