I am interested in purchasing the ZZP Stage 2 kit.

The kit comes w/ .....

ZZP PCM
ZZP modular pulley system
GM serpentine belt or oversized tensioner pulley
Plug and play injector harness
NGK 4644 spark plugs gapped at .035
Injectors

My question is what is the SMALLEST, (yet safest) pulley I can run with this?
And
What's the SMALLEST, (yet safest) pulley I could run if I got a..

1. AEM Cold air intake
OR
2. Full exhaust (Headers, DP, etc.)

 

with the full exhaust you can probably run the 2.9 at the absolute smallest. any smaller you'll need cooling mods. and a cobalt or any other 4 cylinder only has ONE HEADER.

 

What about with JUST the kit and no other mods?

Most would go with a 2.8

 

Be a man and run a 2.5" lol

 

2.8 or 2.7 depends on how much hp your after.

GET 60s with te harness
ngk two step colder plugs
i would work the pulley depending on miles on engine and s.c and how you drive. i would get the 2.5 only if you run meth or e85, a 2.6 is fine without meth but i still recommend it. So id just get a 2.7 modular system from zzp
get the gm stage two belt
get some new s.c oil
if you dont have a cai, id get the zzp revises 3 inch cai
get the s3 heat exchanger if you cant affor it the s2 or s1 will work but not as effiecient
get a dual pass if you plan on going any lower then a 2.9
a exaust will help you with making more power and will let you run more timing since the bends and so forth in the stock exaust create kr. ive seen it so i know.
If you do go lower then a 2.8 i recommend geting the larger tensioner pulley from zzp as well.
