Some problems
So I just changed my injectors back to stock and Now The car is acting like ****. I put the stock pulley back on. I have some Coolant in the bolts where the supercharger it held. If I drive it too hard the car goes into Limp mode and I am getting these codes.
p0068 map/maf Throttle position sensor SES (History) Immature
p0069 unknown Pending Unknown
P2229 Barometic Pressure sensor Circuit High voltage Pending History Immature.
WTF do I do!!!
I need some Freaking help on thissssssssssssssssssssssss

i cant say what, but somethings wrong with your MAP sensor or maybe the wiring from it. Vheck it out, make sure its firmly in place and none of the wires are loose or anything.
Stock tune doesn't quite answer what i was asking, sorry. Anyways, I didn't read anything on what tune and what injectors he was originally running unless i missed something. I did want to ask more on the lines of, how did you get it back to stock tune since you changed the injectors back? Because, I didn't know GM had a flash for that.
I did however take out the supercharger, so I think I might have moved something but why does it only do it once the car warms up.
I noticed is kind of overboosts while at idle. It just stayes at -10 insead of minus 20 so everytime I shift the RPMs dont drop. I took out the supercharger today and added some sealant and a new gasket but that did not do anything It still does it.
Where do I check the grounds for the wire for the MAP. where are those.
well, first thing is to make sure all of your connectors are solidly connected and that the hoses to the S/C and intake are all securely fastened. It could be possible one of your sensors has gone bad if all of the wiring and hoses are fine. Have you recently removed the sensor on top of the supercharger or the MAP sensor? You can also check the seals around the MAP or SCIP sensor to make sure that they aren't leaking.
well, the SCIP (supercharger inlet pressure sensor) is the one on the top of the supercharger, atleast i'm pretty sure it is. Then there is the BARO (Barometric Pressure Sensor) sensor which is located near the throttle body and has wiring harness connecting to the wiring of the SCIP sensor. The MAP sensor is located near the left side of the fuel rail on the intake manifold (wedged between supercharger and engine). I wish i had some pictures, but if you haven't messed with the MAP sensor then it probably isn't the problem.
Your codes are pointing to a conflict between these 3 sensors, which means they should be thoroughly checked.

Check the vacuum lines, compare to another cobalt. maybe you hooked them up wrong. or you could swap the sensors with another good running cobalt to see if you have a bad sensor.
