Someone help! Please!
OK...so i was driving...and i passed an STI at like 120..and then this fool smashes behind me....my car=stock..his car=not stock...
i knew he was gonna take me......i was in 4th..then wen i went to hit 5th..i think my transmission fucked up
i was bogging out like crazy..
i was able to get off the next exit..but my car struggles a lot to turn on.
and when it does..the rpms go up and down a lot
..all the way from 200...to like 2000
and the boost gauge goes crazy too!
idk whats wrong!
can anyone help me?
...im in Ontario, California...
if u guys know if a shop around where i could tow it straight to...and have them check it out/fix it ASAP
..my dad got me this car 4 months ago...he left to mexico ...i cant have it so that he comes back and the car is messed up already...

sidenote, but somewhat related i guess;
If u change exhaust and intake and bla bla bla bolt on power adders. If something broke, and the dealership said it was because of the added power/stress from the new parts. wouldn't they have to prove that those parts added power (and thus stress on parts)? I mean, they would have to dyno the **** right?

well my car ONLY has exhaust and intake...soo...not really "power adders"
since it IS a 3" exhaust...
just enough to get off the road...probably drove like that for like a mile
...
i bought it at a used car dealership if that helps any?
isnt there a law where they cant sell u a "lemon" car
where they'll fix it..or even refund u the car?

i just called the dealership where i got it..he says that if its transmission...they should be able to cover it..if its clutch..then i would have to buy one...i mean..i'd rather buy a new clutch than transmission..but if they're gonna pay for it..might as well be the transmission.

MPH and other useful data is stored in a freeze frame when a CEL is set. This information can be read when the CEL is checked.
no..it has trouble starting up..but it eventually starts up

yea...and the CEL went on..and..the fuel gauge went on empty right away..even though i had just filled up like..20 miles before all this happened...
