Hey DJMKAFKA it says in your post that you are running these plugs, but that they are gapped to .40 I thought the Iridium plugs were too fragile to gap correctly?

they are a bit better. but if you change the pulley at all you should go colder, then change the gap for how much smaller the pulley is.

plus with the stage 2 i was getting a bit of knock. put the plugs in and i get none ever.

i have a 3 right now and im pushing 14 psi

and i was also wondering that if i get a 2.5 what i would have to do to the car
i have also heard of someone just getting a limiter on his 2.5 so its only pulling 17 psi so he didnt have to do anything to his car

Without a tune stay with the 3" pulley. Better safe than sorry.

2.5 you have to machine down the S/C snout to make fit. needs bigger injectors, 60lb ones i believe. yes you could but a MBC (manual boost controller on) it would give you the TQ you get and low end power but still limit the boost to a safe number. but I have a 2.9 and don't plan on going any smaller until I get a tune.

even then I plan on running no smaller then a 2.7 and a MBC where I can limit the boost for daily driving and turn it back up at the track

.40. I don't think it's possible (or safe) to gap them to .04....that's REALLY small.
