Spark Plugs With Stage 2

I have a GM Stage 2 kit currently installed, and I was wondering about spark plugs to replace my stock ones.

Would I seem any improvement if I went to a colder plug? Would I go to 1 or 2 step colder?

Also, about gapping, how can I decide what my plugs need to be gapped at? What does it depend on, my mods?

I'd appreciate any help, even if its just a link.

Just get some copper core plugs that are 1 stage colder. I would gap them around .032 to .035

your right, my autolites dont see 16.73 lbs of boost, 100% meth, and 25* of timing and the grounding strap and insulator look great after 10000 miles.

How come every site I go, where I plug in my car info, the NGK BKR7E plugs never come up? I always get the iridium or platinum NGKs. Anyone know why? How can I be sure the BKR7E fit my car?

Unless someone with a 2005ish SS/SC could confirm they use these plugs...

Thanks, you've all helped a lot.

I don't know enough about these engines, or plugs in general, to be confident enough about putting this in unless the computer in Autozone tells me its ok. (Thats an exaggeration, but I think you'll get my drift.)

Cooler plugs will have no performance benefit, just combat any possible detonation because they are cooler. They don't come up at Autzone, because stock cars don't use 1 heat range colder I have used both Autolite 3922 and NGK BKR7E.

Don't waste your money. The stock plugs are more than fine to run with GM Stage 2.
