FIC 1200's and intake manifold acquired.

ZZP Short ram, 2.2 alternator, tensioner, and ac delete belt all on their way.

Visual mock up happened this morning for charge pipe and other bits but we got too cold...its -8*F and the high will be around 0*F stupid winter.

I like the direction this is going!

Run it around 450whp or so and let it ride while you build the other motor (if thats the plan). If the motor is healthy and it is tuned right it will take it all day long on the stock block.

That is the plan indeed!

If I find one at a reasonable price ill pick one up Alan, I didn't even think about the kappa alt actually.

To answer your question Nick, yes.

I picked up a zzp short ram from a member here, I'll either be adding a maf plate to it or a maf housing. Then adding a BOV fitting to it and the charge pipe. Im trying to see what would be most efficient or if the housing routing will make much of a difference.

Friend is making it. He made all his own charge pipes and intake pipe for his evo and they look really good and the best part is he's doing it fo fwee!
I'll look there and I'm using zzp's bpv/bov. Uses radiator hose(i think) to connect it altogether. If I dont like it I'll search for an HKS like Alan is using.

No issue then because if your ordering a new bov it should come with a weld on flange

When running recirculating the spring isn't as critical. How many did It come with?

Shouldn't have to call about a product. Everything should be included that will give you the information to run it safely and properly on your car.

Overall I'd say it was cleaner than I thought it would be. I knew cyl 1&4 would be worse due to an issue i had a few years back. Pistons look to be in good shape though, can still see the original machining marks on them yet. Cylinders are pretty shiny and still show machining marks aswell.

Badmab header eth for sale...
