It all depends on the mods you have done. It is possible from a roll I don't thing from a dig. I now with the upgrades I currently have I can beat vette c4's, dodge chargers, keep up with c5's, beat s2000, srt-4, and a bunch others. Now my clutch is slipping pretty bad though. If you have a stage 3+ clutch upgrade and intense kit I might believe you. SO whats the other mods you have to be so fast?

He made it seem like the WS6 was standing still. He said he had to slow down to prevent running into the back of the WS6. On top of that he won't post his "Secret" mods. The only possible way this is true the way he says it is if it was from a 30mph roll with n2o and all the mods we can possibly get. 100% BULLSHAT!

stock ws6 vs modded cobalt...just compare the trap time between them and you can tell hes full of it. UNLESS he was sprayin. On the street though, thats just silly....

 

There is no way a stock cobalt ss will keep up with a ws6 i have the intense kit TOG header 2.5 inch exhoust no cat or resinator magnaflow muffler K&N Intake by passed my boost controll valve and when i raced a ws6 on the high way from 70 i pulled on him like 1 to 1 and a half car lengths from 70 to 130 so i dought off the line he would have any chance and i have beat a sti with a exhoust (idk if it was a full exhoust or just a muffler but it was also on the highway and the kid was all pissed off that he decided when i slowed down from 140 to go flying by me but o well i will have dyno numbers after this weekend i go to the dyno to see what i am putting out

 

You know, with what the SS/SC's trap in the quarter I could beleive that they could hang with a stock LS1 from like a 40 or 50 roll. Especially if modded. I dunno.

Just replaced my '98 Z28 LS1 6-spd, about 2weeks ago. Had K&N CAI, and exhaust dump. Car was fast as hell. Blew the engine. A very "hard" 120k put on that car.

I love my new Cobalt SS. Only thing I have done is a K&N drop-in filter (fear the cel). These cars are quick, but no way it would have beat my Z28. And I would run right with, or pull on ws6's.

 

Easy... Some punk obviously malnurished.
