SS/SC starts for a sec and shuts down.

SS/SC starts for a sec and shuts down. It all started when it was raining super hard, the car was bogging down really hard. I cleaned the MAF and the TB. I put it all back together and it would only run for a sec then shut down. I figured the MAF must be bad. So I replaced the MAF, and now it does the same thing except the gauges don't catch up. So it runs for a sec but the TACH is reading zero as well as all the other gauges. I have a battery charger on the battery right now. My volts is at 10.9 right now. I checked the volts because the car didn't turn over last time it just clicked... What do you guys think the problem is?

battery is shot, or you have an electrical short / exposed wire that's getting wet. with everything off, you should have more than 10.9v especially with a charger.

Battery is charged in full now. However I'm getting the same results. What wires should I be looking at?

Will the car even start without a mass airflow sensor?

grab yourself a multimeter and start testing for a short. look for something that doesnt have resistance, start tracing wires, etc.
Start with the aftermarket **** first.

The car was running super rich prior to the not issue of not running. If I was at cursing speed it would be about 10.5 on my AFR. I know it's getting air so I'm going to check fuel and spark.

I live on a dirt road, when it rains really hard i always have to clean my MAF due to shitty drivability. It goes really rich (10.5) and then the starts jerking around when im in first gear. I have a hydro shield on my filter, it helps a little bit im guessing. usually when i clean the MAF and TB the car goes right back to normal. However after i cleaned the MAF and TB she hasnt ran for more then 4 secs since. Thats what made me think bad MAF. This happened to me before, same sympotoms and everything. It was my MAF that time, it happened 2 years ago. I really do not want to take it to a shop but..... IDK what else to do? I looked at the MAF wires and the look good.

no codes other than my crank shaft not learned. I guess the PCM in the 05/06 is different and so it wnt learn the crank because its an 07 PCM. I have an 06.

Checked:
2 new MAF sensors, i thiught the first one was bad.
new fuel filter
cleaned TB
Battery is fully charged
