Stage 2 + 2.8 + Colder Plugs

Hey guys, I am about to order GM Stage 2 and the Pulleyboys 2.8" pulley. I have a couple questions... will I need colder plugs? If so, which ones? Also, the 2.8" is easy to swap with the GM stage 2 one, right? Thanks!!!

Update 2

I tested (WOT!) multiple gaps ( .35, .37, .40, .42, .45)
.40 was the smoothest with my mods.
