stage 2 belt from zzp WTF

hey got my stage 2 belt for zzp after installing my frist gm belt wrong and losing a rib and messing up the firetarp but when i opened it

A. no packaging around the belt to show it is a gm stage 2 belt

B. no number on the belt for me to know it is a stage 2 belt

C. My sc oil was split a little no biggie just saying

im not really super mad but for as much as people say zzp and this being the first time ive bought from them its really ticked me off that a big company like this can take care of the little things. also not that its a huge deal but some package peanuts would have been nice prolly wouldnt have leaked supercharger oil that way

did you even bother to call them to deal with your complaint?

if they decided then to not help you, then i would have posted this. maybe then you would have gotten on here to show how good there service was.

I got my stage 2 belt from them 2 years ago and it came in a sleeve, but there are no numbers on the belt itself

I got bad food at a restaraunt last night. Should I complain on this forum to fix the problem?

What vendor sold you the food Johnny? Oh wait you are comparing apples to oranges and he is comparing apples to apples that's right.

I have never been a fan of zzp but contacting them first would have been smart. I am very curious to know why the belt has no markings and why it wasn't wrapped in something. I doubt its new in all honesty.

The restaurant analogy was weak. The guy is simply making a statement about his new belt, which I'm sure he was excited to receive. Coming from such a touted vendor as TTP, about which I have heard very few negatives, he expected more and was simply commenting on it. Don't jump down his throat so quick, he even stated it wasn't that big of a deal.

Ah yes, the hater telling people ZZP's secret scheme of selling used belts as new. First we hire people to steal stage 2 belts out of cars at the mall. Then we sand off the numbers so the cops can't track them (this is why the customer couldn't find them), then we hire immigrants to clean between the ribs and remove the dust. Following that, we spray em with belt no-squeak so they won't squeak when people use them. You totally cracked the case!

This customer sent an email and it was responded to right away.

Plenty of immigrants looking for cleaning work in Michigan!

I knew your shop was shady when I was back home!

/sarcasm.

OP, you fail.

lmfao

but ne way the op was only stating what had happened it would have been polite, and the way to go about it to contact them before this, but no need to jump down his pants.
