Stage 2 Not under warranty?
So i went to the dealership last week and paid to get stage 2 for 550$ and i even asked them if they install it would it still be under warranty and they said yes. So i pick it up and call to schedule a time to drop it off to install it and they tell me if i change the injectors i will lose my warranty. i have called more than one dealership and they are all saying the same thing.

First, GM fully warrants Stage 2 (which includes the injectors) for the remainder of the factory warranty.
Second, if you decide to do anything else to your car, read this sticky on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/general-cobalt-68/your-rights-about-your-car-warranty-aftermarket-mods-7439/
Third, go tell them whack jobs at the stealership they're full of it (ok don't do that, but you get my point).

Most of them in this area are pretty cool with mods.

Even though I'm not a fan of confronting the dealer by yourself, definitely go to another dealership with competent mechanics and a service manager with his head screwed on straight. Some dealers are just a-holes that think it's their god-given duty to void as many warranties as possible (more money for them). You can find at least one for every car brand that acts that way, even some import dealerships have complete tools behind the desk. But, for every one that's stupid, there are others that aren't, find one of those and never take your car anywhere else.
