Hey man, my name is Billy and I'm stationed here at Charleston AFB. I know this car front and backwards. If you are boosting that high, your cat converter is clogged. Trust me as I have been there and done that. I can also tune your car as well since I have HPTuners if needed. If you would like I can take you up to the Show Zone and set you up with some dyno time as well after your car's issues are worked out. Just PM me and we can set something up.
From what I understand a GM Stage 2 tune consists of
3" SC Pulley
New belt/tension to compensate for smaller pulley
42# Fuel injectors
PCM Tune
If youve been running regular then that could be your problem. If Premim doesnt fix you up, replace your CAI back to the Stock and take it to the dealer to see if they screwed something up. Otherwise they will blame your custom intake.
Im prety close to a GM Stage 2, but I have a 2.85" pulley,
and I'm putting down 230 hp, up to 17psi of boost.
If your warranty is not longer applied they may charge you. If you tell them it ran fine before they messed with it then they might look at it for free since it would be on them.
CAT = Catalylit Converter. Its a part of the exhaust system between the riseers/collector and the muffler. Its between the two oxygen sensors and does some emissions stuff that I dont understand. If its plugged it could be causeing problems.
