Stage 2 Question

Those of you who have stage 2 and a 2.8 pulley did you have to do any other tuning besides the reflash from GM when the stage 2 was installed?

2.8 needs 60lb injectors or enjoy buying a new engine

you can run it at your own risk with the 2.8 twords redline your are maxing out the 42's. I ran it that way for a year before my car got funny on me this summer so i droped to the 3.0.

Your coolant temp has not a damn thing to due with your iat2s, and iam willing to bet you idc is off the chart, do you have a wideband or seen a log file of your car? Its going to suck real bad when those injectors go static on you.

your totally right im pushing it way to much im hoping to be around 260 270 to the wheels right now though the guy had reflashed my stage 2 again whn i put the 2.8 on and he pretty much has my injectors maxed out he retuned it for me so my setup is super crazy but super dangerous 18 psi right now im hopin im somewhere at 260 270 to the wheels though i should be there the only good thing is about it is that my friend has an sti with a 3 inch dp and he has it lowered and i beat him hes got it on tape so i wam assuming i have to be up there numbers wise

ive got gm s2 with a 2. 8 and it wasnt running right when i first had it installed so i took it to gm and had them flash it again and its running good. im on running the 42's rite now tho, but i will deff b upgrading to 60's shortly, 18 psi on 42's = not good.

Well I was maxing out the 42's on a 2.85" pulley..... but I had "stock" exhaust at the time and it was 100 degrees outside! But for those of you who haven't actually looked at the S2 tune through HPT you might want to do that it was SCARY!
