it would be good to update the tune after exhaust. but u wont lose any power by having stock exhaust. u will get more out of it if u had exhaust but no u wont lose power.
dont buy a cat-back u wont gain any power, just buy header and downpipe

Hey drew are you running a 2.9 pulley on your TVS with 60s? Or 79lb injectors? And did you retune when you pullied down or did you just switch the pulley?

My posts were intended to help this guy as well. Just because I made one mistake on a fact everyone has to attack.

And what are you talking about? Nothing written on a computer comes off as sarcastic. There is no tone of voice. When I asked you about the 2.6 on a stage 2 I was actually asking in an attempt to end this childish argument and learn more. Modding my car is just a hobby for me, so I just pick up things when I can. I don;t have time to study and read up on every last detail of how the car works. So whatever, lets stop crowding this guys thread.

No you ******* sped, because the injectors won't be able to supply the fuel.

Stage one and two flashes are the same.

Period.

Buy all three at once if you can.

You're going to anyways

So you're gonna act like you know, then turn around and try to ask a question that really showed you have no idea.

Awesome.

Awe, nubby is butt hurt.

Why don't you learn something instead of being a ******* waste of bandwidth trying to argue then fight back with your maelstrom of stupid that was spewed out all over this thread.

Fill one of these out and go to the back of the line:

Apparently you can't read a whole post either:

Also does common sense just elude you or something?

What comes in a stage kit?

Larger injectors!

Holy ******** I wonder why?

So you mean to tell me, that in your sig, you talk about a TVS, and haven't the slightest of clues on how your LSJ's fueling system works?

ROFL!

That's ******* pathetic.

Oh and how exactly do you know if I have mantits again?

Dude your seriously relentless. I'm posting one last time just to say your out of control. Obviously I must have struck a nerve or something because your really taking this too seriously. You need therapy or you just need to do something besides sit at the computer.

Like I said before this is just a hobby for me. So obviously I don't do all of my own work, though I do most. Tuning wise I'm not an expert.

I do have a TVS and I do know about the fueling system. I was just confused about the ecu's interaction/compensation when pulleys are interchanged without any tuning changes.

I will admit that I got it wrong but I understand it completely now. So seriously get a life and move on.

You're

Oh and I am getting paid to be here right now, how about you?

I have a life, plenty of one, therapists will find out that I am crazy and lock me away,

Dude, if you have a TVS and have to ask what you asked earlier, a simple 'my bad', but no, you come off as this cocky *******.

Kinda hard to deal with someone who's cockier than you now isn't it? Stop being a dick, and you'll find out what you need to know.

Please I beg you guys to stop. This guy came here for answers and help. Cant we just answer his questions and if you disagree with an answer be nice and explain why you disagree with facts or at least info that you have tested yourself.

Ottp stage 1 is a great kit I would recommend the Heat exchanger from Ottp or ZZP (zzp has one that fills the front nicely.) The stage 1 kit come with everything you need except the tools to remove pulleys and the intake manifold and other peices. There is alot of info in the posts and on the venders websight that can help, do your reasearch before buying and installing so you dont go in over your head.

hey man i agree with you .... i actually explained to the one kid who is fighting with everyone that the GM Stage Tunes are the same for both Stage 1 & 2. He retaliated with insults and nothing but useless comments. i'm on this site to help others, along with learning new things about the cobalt. i don't want this thread to turn into a battle thread like 75% of them do.

to the op .... the GM Stage kits are great if you want to retain your warrenty. if you don't care about your warrenty go with either the ottp stage 1 kit or zzp stage 3 kit. if you really want to make some power get the tvs, 60's and a tune.
