Can someone help me find the thread about keeping the ac with the stage3 pcm,i searched but i guess i didn't put in the correct words,thanks in advance.

You don't need to find the thread I'll tell you right now. Stage 3 DISABLES your A/C. It's not an option it's a mandate sent down by Buddha and/or Jesus.

Yeah but there is a way to wire a switch so you can use your ac with the pcm
