stage3 install advice needed!

I have a stock 07 and am putting on zzp stage 3 with a 2.9 pulley #50 injectors fmic aswell as a zzp downpipe...my question is if i installed all this without tuning it, would the car be able to run ok or would it not ve driveable until i get it tuned? I have this dilemma because the guy helping me can only do it certain timea and if i do install then i wont be able to make it to the dealer intime for them to flash it that day and would have to wait thru the weekend. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, i want everything on but dont want to blow her up either...please let me know any advice possible!

Front mount heat exchanger.... not intercooler.

ZZP S3 comes with a canned tune. Not sure the problem, unless u pieced this kit together.

I would install the entire ZZP S3 kit, and worry about getting it "custom tuned" when u get a chance.

I originally intended to have it tuned myself so i didn't order the pcm tune with it...since thats not a possibility now i just went ahead and ordered zzp pcm off there website, and you call it a heat exchanger? I apologize for misinterpreting it ive always known them to be call front mount intercoolers...but i guess this shall solve my dilemma for now

On blower cars it is called a heat exchanger.... the intercooler is within the intake manifold.

Turbo cars have a front mount intercooler.

Well, u should be ok now. The canned tune isnt terrible, but at least it will get u mobile for a bit.

I pieced together my stage 3 setup, i dont have the canned pcm, is it possible to flash a trifecta tune on it, for the larger injectors. I cant have the downtime for removing mine, sending it to them, getting it flashed, and then them sending it back to me, and dont have 200 for a deposit, for a new one. Relearning would have to ensue and that seems like a headache and if something was wrong, not the right kind of pcm, tune incorrect, id be really screwed not having a car. Car is my DD

should i just suck it up and take mine out send it to them and just get a rental for the downtime needed for them to apply the canned tune to mine, so i can run larger injectors safely, then get my trifecta down the line?Does Trifecta have a canned tune that would allow the larger injectors to work, just plug in to the obd port, flash it on, and then turn the car on and viola, running larger injectors problem solved?

An intercooler is any mechanical device used to cool a fluid, including liquids or gases, between stages of a multi-stage heating process
An heat exchanger uses fins to cool down.

Matter of fact if u look on wiki at intercoolers it defines a heat exchanger as a type of intercooler and this is the reason i dont correct people because in the end they are correct in calling it a intercooler.

The problem with this is, our intercoolers are in our IM, not front mount....

So to help the kiddies understand things better, we should distinguish between the two. Even though they arent tech incorrect.
