Step 2 Colder Plugs

I have a couple questions about the step 2 colder plugs. I jost ordered a 2.8 pulley, 60lb injectors, stage 2 belt, and a zzp s3 h/e. I was wondering if i could put my spark plugs in before i put all of this stuff on and get my tune? also what should they be gapped at? Thanks

you only need one step colder and they would be gapped at .032

32-35 will prevent blow out. 2 step isn't needed unless your on a 2.7 or smaller
