StevesBlack06 LSJ build (round 2)

UPDATE: ITS ALIVE AGAIN!!! The fix seems to have worked!!!

as some of you may recall i blew up my engine a while back due to a sheared rod bolt. i sent a rod through the block and destructed a lot of other stuff in the process. i bought a new block and decided i wanted to build this bitch bullet proof. i got my engine back wednesday and me and bykryder83 (ryan) have been wrenchin on it every evening after work to get her put back together. i still need a few things to get it fully assembled but the mods are:

Bottom End:
Darton Sleeved 2.0 Saab Block
Diamond 10.5:1 CR pistons
Lightened, balanced, and knife edged crank
Balanced LSJ rods
ARP rod bolts
ARP Head Studs
GM Main studs
Balance Shaft Deletes
Celvit Main and Rod Bearings
AC delete (still lookin into this, for now the compressor is just free spinning)

Top End:
Ported head
Jbody Stage 2 Triflow cams
Jbody Solid Lifters
Supertech 78lb Valve springs/retainers
Supertech Valves .05 Oversized
5 angle valve job
Cometic .45 MLS gasket
Bates valve seats and seals
Ngk bkr7e
ZZP valve cover breather

Intake:
Ported M62 running a zzp 2.8" pulley
Ported Intake manifold
ZZP Phenolic intake manifold gasket
LS4 TB
OTTP 3" intake

Exhaust:
ZZP Midlength header and downpipe combo. (1.75 primaries, 3" collector and 3"downpipe)
P.S. Just sold the JBP header...

Fuel Delivery:
Siemens 80 lb/hr Injectors
E85

Cooling Modifications:
Italian Joe Dual pass endplate
Vulcan Turbo Driver side aluminum coolant tank
Vulcan Turbo Passenger side Flow through Coolant tank
CXR Frontmount heat exchanger

Suspension and Mount Modifications:
K sport Coilovers
JBody Strut Tower Brace
Bwoody Solid upper mount
Poly inserts for trans (for now)

im sure im forgetting a bunch of **** and ill add it when it all comes to mind. i plan on switching to a TVS/Turbo kit sooner or later but i wanna throw it back together with the m62 and see what it will do. its been down for so long im gonna enjoy it for a while before i put it away again for the winter. ill upload some pics of some progress shortly. tell me what you think CSS!

thanks for the clarification. and tom, i ran both the header and cams last year and they did very well. my only gripe was the cams werent balanced worth a crap when i got them. it didnt cost much to have them balanced but im glad i did.

Ah, so that's what the whole subframe looks like when it's pulled out. Looks like you also took off the impact beam to roll it out the front?

Hope it works out for you this time around.
