I thought someone might want to see this...
Other pics:

Power comes up faster and boost builds quicker but that could be mostly due to going from the stock blower with the Stage II pulley to Nate's hub with a 2.95" pulley on this one... I'm almost scared to put my 2.85" pulley on, hahah.
I don't have a cold air intake but it screams like one now...

I didn't expect this many replies, lol... I gotta run but since everyone is wondering about pricing its $395 for the porting work, another $300 for the polishing, and I paid $50 for shipping but I'm pretty close to them. Then if you pay with money order or cashier's check they give you a 5% discount so $725 total for me.
I wasn't going to get the polishing done but the porting work was less than the $500 I expected and the $300 polishing price tag was also lower than I thought so I went for it.

As for turn around time I was without it for 19 days, most of which was due the outsourcing of the polishing the way I understand it.
If you didn't catch it this is my spare blower so I didn't have any downtime.

Spare blower! Damn, can you say BALLIN! LOL! Not bad, esp for the gains!

Also, please keep in mind that not all engines are equal. A Mini-Cooper motor simply does not have the capacity of air flow that a Cobra motor has. For instance, if you start with 150 HP and gain of 15 HP from your ported blower, that is the same percentage gain as a 400 HP engine gaining 40 HP.
So I guess it would be safe to say about a 20-25 HP gain? Depending on mods of course... I don't know off hand what the regular gain is from someone who has done it...anyone!?!?!

Polish is the inside too, you are thinking of the exterior show polishing. After they eat the metal away, its rough which creates air resistance...to get it back down, they need to polish the insides....this guy had the port and polish done on the inside and the exterior polish done too...
