That thing looks sweet! If i wasn't bork, Id look into getting another blower and porting it. But I'd like to see it after its been polished, and its all nice and smooth and clean, to put a nice black coat of paint on it and black it out...... In my head it looks bad ass! lol

No kidding. I usually feel "off" after doing port jobs because I end up breathing and wearing a bunch of aluminum dust. It even gets all over your skin. Then again we are all getting alzheimer's from our deodorant anyhow.

The first pic - yeah Stiegemeier polished that one. But the one in the other post looks like it was hogged out by Borat's retarded brother Bilo.

Steigmeier does good work. Haven't seen a bad port job by them yet. I have seen a few ported blowers of members of this forum and its a wonder their cars still operate

if you can not grind plastic in a straight line. you should never be allowed around a blower.

Thats the beauty of having the second supercharger... Something explodes, you put your untampered with stock blower back on the car and send it to the dealership. No shiny Eaton staring at anyone, no smaller pulley to blame, no marred up blue security bolts...

actually, thats the beauty of having a stealership. My dealership knows what I have on mine and they are fine with it. No one has to be lied to about what is and isn't done to the car.

Very good plan. Let us know how it goes. I would also love to see it on the dyno to see how the port/polish helps.

If it wouldn't void warranty I would be all over that.
