Stock axles...
Ok I know I have seen this on here before but I just searched for like an hour and couldnt find anything...
What are the stock axles rated for (hp/tq) and when is it best to switch to stage 2 axles (as in, after a certain whp)? Thanks for any input in advance.

depends on how you drive. many people are around the 250hp range and dont have any problems with axles. on the flip side, people that race stock cobalts on the dragstrip break axles if they launch hard.
basicly, dont rev it up and drop the clutch and itll be ok for 250hp. if you do drive like that, get stage 2 axles now.
