Stock to GMPP Performance exhaust

Well I installed my exhaust today and I am very happy. Besides the great sound and increased power I have noticed that the car is so much smoother to shift now. It seems like before there was so much backpressure that the RPM's dropped so quick while shifting and you had to get it just right to keep the car from jerking. Now the shifts are so smooth and no more jerking!!! Unfortunately I had to cut the stock exhaust in two places because I couldnt get the car high enough with my jack to get it out with just one cut, but o well. I am very happy with my purchase from CED!!!

Sounds good. The first video the exhaust is stock? I didn't realize the stock exhaust was that loud. I bought my car with the GMPP Performance exhaust already on it so I never heard mine stock. I love the exhaust on mine. Not too loud when you are just cruzin around but when you get on it it sounds awesome. I'm thinkin about getting the GMPP manifold over the summer. Not sure yet if its worth the money for the gain you get out of it.

well stock exhaust with the GMPP manifold which doesnt reslly make it that much louder. Yah the stock exhaust does sound pretty good but blocks flow like a ***** and the gmpp sounds so much deeper. Id def say if you want to stay with GMPP and not worry about warranty hassle get the manifold.

Did you notice any performance increase with just the manifold? I don't recall seeing any dyno sheets for just adding the manifold. I'm curious to see what it adds.

a little bit, the gains werent huge but you could def tell it was there. And I felt the same smoothing effect when shifting and you could tell the engine was revving easier.

I was wondering how long it takes to break in. How long does that rank as smell stick around. On most other cars ive messed with its just about a week or so.
