Stock LSJ Boost Gauge

This gauge is electronic I believe correct? What type of electrical gauge is it? I am thinking about replacing the stock boost gauge with an autometer cobalt gauge to match my other autometer cobalt gauge that I have, but there are two electrical options, full sweep, and short sweep.

yes the gauge is electrical, and I dont know what you mean by what type of electrical is it, it is a regular electrical gauge that is only run by electric lol. I changed my gauge so if your wondering if its hard, its not.

I believe it has something to do with stepping. Meaning it won't be as accurate momentarily as say a mechanical gauge.
