Question Stock Motor numbers with TVS?

So I have a completely stock motor upper and lower 3 inch exhaust, intake and meth injection thats pretty much it on power along with the TVS. I'm running the 80mm now, I originally dynoed with the 75mm and got 278 on a dyno dynamics and then 282 on a dynapack.

So how are some guys getting mid 300s is there head and cams in there as well? Could my stock clutch be causing an issue as well?

Specifically what? I'm running 11.5-11.7 AFR, I don't care to sacrifice the motor for the puny amount of power difference it would make. I'm sorry but running higher than 11.8 is begging to blow the motor

i ran 12.3-12.4 for well over a year on a decently modded s/c. but your fuel maps or other areas may not be as up to par as some of the others running the TVS. i however would ask brian/bryan or tom, josh or sean and i would be willing to bet they might help you out or look over your tune file

12.3 and I would no longer have a working motor

timing after 5000 is 17-18 i think then at redline is 24.5

well if i remember correctly if you are using meth properly it actually changes what your "safe" afr is. But only if you are running enough of it. So my guess would be area is very lean comparatively. Remember meth has a different stoich point.

I think if I had an exedy in on a ego booster dynojet my numbers would be pretty compareable to most

11.6 afr
90/10 meth to water mix {i like power}
20 degree's of timing.
306 whp. sae corrected as well. winter tune.

stock engine. sans valve springs.

there is more to making power than just timing and fuel. how everything is executed and how well all of your parts work together is a major key as well.

you WILL make more power with a 90/10 mix
