i dont usually hit more than 10 but i havent hit more then 5k rpms yet i dont think

Just out of curiousity; have you not hit over 5k because you are taking it easy on your car? It's okay to go to around 6,000 to 6,500 RPM; the engine would still be fine because it's built for that.

Stock Brand new is 10.5 usually, and after the "break-in" period (mine was 600 miles) it increases to 12.5 PSI. My experience anyways. 15PSI after Stage 2.

Mine on average for some reason is 13-13.5, seems kind of high but it has been that way since break in. I want to get it to the track to see what it runs.
