stock psi on ss/sc
could be many things. either it's not stock, or has a restriction somewhere, most likely in the cat. But like said, easiest way is to take a look at the supercharger pulley. If you're not sure what it's supposed to look like, post a picture an we'll tell you if it's stock.

Nope .... I saw that, I was just covering all the bases ...... You never know now a days what people will say when selling their used car....... Been around long enough to know that the boost gauges in these car's isn't mechanical .

looks like a stock pulley. A pic of the guage would help us in backing uo ur saying that it is a mechanical guage. We dont know ur mechanical knowledge so are still assuming that u could be wrong about the guage.
Guage could not be calibrated right and the cat could be getting clogged.
