suggestions plz

I have purchased an Injen CAI and am just waiting to put it on. My question is what stage kit do you all suggest getting to go with it? I am also planning on getting a header and DP as well. suggestions for that? I of course want the most hp with relatively spending as little as possible(but not buying junk either).

My thoughts are, get the OTT stage 1. what header and pipe to go with it? get the header and dp before OTT? That way tune can be adjusted for those mods too? on OTT stie when ordering stage 1 Im unsure as to what the answers should be on the questions there.

Well if you are looking to get the most hp your looking into a midlength/longtube header. You have a few choices vibrant, cti, cia, zzp. All offer close to the same power, cti and vibrant are stainless only, cia and zzp offer options of mild steel to lower the price. I have heard of flex pipe issue's with the zzp units (this may have been resolved though).

The stage one kit will offer you more hp and tq than a header will at a lower price than most header/dp combo's. I would say if you don't have the ability to tune for it you may want to look into the header/dp combo first. Most of the questions on there are basic. I believe it ask for your mods, rev limit, tq management removal, ls4 tb tune, etc.

get the header and dp first. installed with ur intake then when ur ready get the ottp stage 1 kit. and they will tune it for ur header and dp and intake. on the options choose whatever rev limiter u want. get tq management off. im pretty sure u are on the stock throttle body so u chooose stock one not the ls4 one. and choose if ur going to send them ur pcm to get the tune on or ur going to use one of theirs.
