ok so 1/8 on each side of the housing and just smooth out the inlet right

also for the 2 things u plug so shavings dont get in can u use axel grease to lub them need to know cause there getting pretty dry

and if there is anything that can help me port this supercharger please let me know

 

Don't port it. Are you even using a larger throttle body?

lol its a tone of work lol. Damn dremal bits keep falling off thats what you get for buying cheap lol but got the edges of the outlet done

 

You only need to port the inlet to match your bigger throttle body. If you port the outlet, you'll just mess it up.
