Ok I have a 06 ls cobalt and I do not have a option to go hp tuners cuz I don't have a 07 with the cam sensor so I was wondering if I could swap mine with a 07 with sensor and the ECM with a 07 and retune it for hp tuners anyone know if this is possible

It is going to be a lot more complicated than that...and cost a lot more money. Get efi tuned from a shop and keep your stock head on there

 

You would need an 07+ block too and complete wiring harness etc. There's a thread in the forced induction section where someone actually just did this and he said it wasn't as bad as some would think. You could pm him about what you would need
