think about this for a second
42.5's being force fed 58 psi of fuel pressure will increase the amount of fuel the injector is capable of flowing. the industry standard is 43.5 as a base pressure. this is what all injectors are rated at.
i do not tend to believe any blogs i read. period. going off their 310 hp idea is a shot in the dark. people have gone over this, and people have barfed bone stock cars.

I'm not trying to argue with you guys, just providing info to your topic. I have never seen anywhere proof the stage injs. are 42lbs, only that article from someone that has indepth knowledge of GMs Stage Kits and they are stating the injectors are 58lbs. So take the info as you wish and keep wondering how much HP you can get from the "42s".
ive got 440cc injectors on my 240 and im pushing well over 300whp
tats what im trying to get at. wen it comes down to it every engine is an air pump the more air in and out the more power it makes. there is just something someone hasnt figured out yet to make things work well together

And if you read the link to their Injector calculation tool, they specify 58lbs/hr@43.5psi. People also barfed stock motors running smaller pulleys and 60lb injectors.

with the power i have put down, i have pretty well blown the "240 hp" theory wide open. every stg2+ car here in kc is over 240 whp. all on 42's
my friend is doing a custom turbo and piggybacks and all that junk that i hate doing but he pays me good to work on his car so i do it
so what are ideal injectors for 250hp with about 10psi?

if you want a 250 whp ss/sc 42's are fine. if you want to go above this. get water injection, or bigger injectors. with the power i put out last night. my injectors are done. time to go bigger
