Using water for fuel is an awesome idea, but unfortunately the oil companies and car manufacturers see to it that this will not be a reality for quite some time. Hydrogen is the best fuel and if I actually had the money and time to invest into using water electrolysis to power a motor I'd be making my own cars... lol
