i believe you can, since the exhausts are pretty much the same. I dont see why they would design anything differently between the two models. to my knowledge, a cobalt header is a cobalt header...not trim specific. the site says to get the 1.5" primary header for a 2.2/2.4 and a 1.75" primary for SS/SC.

I just thought differently because the engines sit differently so I thought I might be wrong though.
