throttle wires
Sorry, but the question has to be asked....if you know what you're doing, then why ask if it'll be ok to do it?
...just busting your *****.....I dunno man, I hate electrical crap
It should be fine as long as you don't have any bad connections, solder everything well and heatshrink insulate each wire by itself then wrap and loom. Test for continuity before the heatshrink though, to save time if you do have a problem with a solder connection.
well im installing my turbo stuff and i have the atp sc delete kit and the throttle wire connector dosent reach by about 6 inches so i need to extend it. id rather find a male and female connector and make a custom harness piece for it but no luck finding that connector.
Actually these guys seem to do a lot of GM work http://www.painlessperformance.com/ so you could probably get the adapters from them.

Here's the delco page; this should set you up with the part numbers. Don't ask me which one...there are hundreds of them and I have a limited memory.
Actually I just checked my old t/b. I believe it's this one (8 pin) http://www.acdelcotechconnect.com/pi...2-88986255.jpg
and PT1486 for the male
pt1572 female
Just my "guessing" but that's what it looks like.
Could be pt1635 for the female.
Should be able to order these at an autozone or performance auto or direct from gm.

Nuts...I would think the whole pcm set up would be maintained, and just retain the drive by wire. They using a full stand alone to run the car, then?
