Throwing Codes Please HELP !! ! ! ! ! ASAP SOS lol

ok so i took the whole supercharger off and tb and ported both of them. I did put everything on in a rush and i forgot a hose so my check engine light came on, on my way to get gas. i knew i forgot something found it restarted my car and it was off. so i go out to race and beat a mustang GT and threw a code and engine power reduced and pulled off to the side of the road. When i restarted the car it seemed like one of my sparkplugs went bad but when i scaned it i HAD

P1516 map control, Idle Speed control, and Exilliary Input

AND

P2101 Tac Motor, CRT range /PERF

and i cleared them and drove home fine then on my way home my P1516 came back.

ILL check everything more tomorow but i was just wondering did i miss something or is something engine wise wrong cause i about **** my pants when my engine power was reduced cause i thought i blew something lol.

THanks for the help guys im posting pics the first time my i changed the hose from the boddom of the black part in the first pic to the top and it didnt do anything just wondering if i have everything right

plug it all up, unhook your battery, turn the key over to suck all the juice left in the system. turn it back off and hook up the battery

Check the sensor on top of the sc. Did you leave it on while porting? It prob has shavings in it.

It's probably the plate in the tb. Make sure when you put it back in, it's centered. Also make sure there is nothing blocking it for moving.

the vacuum line is missing off the boost solenoid. it goes downhill from there; piktar 8 has a sensor connector unplugged. Yikes! This is a messy job you got done doing there.....power wash entire car and hire qualified tech....
