Timing Chain Tensioner reuse?

Just like the title says can I re use my timing chain tensioner?
I had mine replaced on my original motor after it had issues under warranty. They put the updated one in etc...

I had to get a used low mileage motor swapped in after I blew mine, pretty sure it came outta an 05 Redline so I know it has the old one in it cus the head stayed with the motor.

I hear a noise from the passenger side when cruisin and I can't quite pinpoint it...sortta a hissing sound I guess. This might not solve the issue but I feel I should swap them anyway if possible.

Hissing sound......probably an exhaust leak, could be the flex joint on the downpipe or where the header and downpipe meet, or you need to tighten down the bolts on the header to the engine.

ya I heard an obvious exhaust leak when I started it up today but it goes away...sick and tired of the shop I went to not getting my exhaust manifold tightening down properly. The hissing sound is weird cus its not there when at idle...only when driving etc..and Im 99% sure it is from passenger side.
