Timing cover

On the timing cover there is a 4 bolt plate to the top left kinda.. I noticed the other day that on my gf's car it was leaking some oil from around it. Does anyone kno if it has a gasket or is it rtv.. might try and seal it this weekend

there was a gasket on mine.
try tightening the bolts a lil and see how that's works..them get some black RTV and pull the cover off toss the gasket and put a small bead all the way around it...

there isn't any oil pressure behind that cover it just oil splash from the timing chain.
