torqing manifold
1st my zzp header/downpipe combo did not come with a gasget for the manifold to engine was it supposed to.. should i use the old one or buy new one...also do i need to torque the bolts on headers down to a specific pressure or just get them tight..

it doesn't come with the gasket. like said, you can reuse the stock one unless it looks damaged.
as far as torquing the bolts, the header bolts only need to be torqued to 10 ft/lbs. if you don't have a torque wrench, or aren't familiar with torque ratings, 10 ft/lbs is not a lot at all. basically you want them to be snug, and that's it. \

It takes a minute for these things to update, don't take it personal.....
at least you weren't worried that the gasket primaries are smaller than the new pipe, since they are the same size as the heads.....

well i didnt think about that.ahahh and i already dremeld the gasket wholes to fit to the headers..oh well its already in so..im getting a flapping sound i hope its not from my dremel work..
..im hoping its the gasket from dp to exhaust..it was 2 big and buckled up when on the studs and i just clamped it down in there anyways..
