I too emailed & private messaged Vita and never got a response, which is why I ordered through Gravana. Does no one else a similarity here to the problems R\L owners had with their header??????

Unless yours is special?

all i know is when i put it on, properly adjusted it, i took it to the industrial park and did some 3k clutch drops, no hop, dual patches through almost all of 2nd.

before that i only experienced hop, so i never tried anything like it.

all these braces do is eliminate engine rocking like a solid mount would, without the vibrations (single brace) that they inherently cause. they also prevent bolts from breaking because of engine shock.

nothing like that...

as is stated, i JUST took over the company, and have been working 18+ hours/day, one at my day job, and two at my house making these braces. i have encountered some setbacks, but all is good now, and the finishing on these is looking really nice. i'm essentially done with the first orders (~25 of them) and have to paint them and let them dry before i can get them out. hopefully this is saturday, as long as they dry enough overnight.

to be honest, i'm not letting out a crap product, and hope you can understand that. that's all i need is to invest into this company, put out a pile of junk and lose all business. my #1 concern is customer service.

i have answered all e-mails, and i check them every day. i don't know how they haven't been answered (thomasvita@hotmail.com)

i admit i haven't gotten to answer the "ironmandevelopments" e-mail address for the past week or so as i haven't even had the time to open my computer at home. once this initial order is out, things WILL smooth out. i'd just like to thank you all for your patience, and for NOT jumping to conclusions about what's happening to your money. these braces kick ass, are going to be VERY nice when you get them, and i won't have it any other way.

i happened to be a part of the header GB and the last thing i want is for that to happen to me. it's only been a couple of weeks, and at the time i started to accept orders, i had JUST purchased the business, JUST gotten my tools in, and hadn't even experienced the process yet. now that i've been through this initial learning experience, it'll be smooth sailing from here.

again, THANK YOU for your patience, it really has helped only having to answer a FEW e-mails here and there instead of one from everyone. now that i've got my own forum here, i'll keep things up to date in there. thanks again,

Tom

Thanks for the response Tom.
For what it's worth, I did email you and never recieved a respons (sent about 2 days ago). I know hotmail can get kinda happy with the "spam sorting" so you might want to check your spam folder to see if anything got mysteriously redirected there.

Look forward to seeing my brace

Tom,

I really appreciate the response... I am glad you are putting out a great product and you really seem to be a stand up business man.

Cheers,

Shaun

Fair enough Tom. Regular communication goes along way for customer service.

simple question for you. Whats the difference between these and poly mounts besides the fact that you can interchange the braces for street/strip?

So Tom any news. I know you are busy and all. you said i would have the second brace for tonights race. you said you would send me confirmation when you sent it out. i haven't seen anything you have had my money since 8/19/2005. i have sent you e-mails and PM's you had 2 silver ones in stock when i ordered mine. i still have not seen or heard anything from you. i am getting a little frustrated. i know it is rough when taking over someone elses biz but come on tom just let people know whats going on helps out tremendously

these don't transmit vibrations to the cabin (single brace) but yeild the same results on the street, the dual brace does transmit vibration and yeild the same results on the track.

a better place to ask questions would be in my forum, as this thread is likely to fall down the ladder eventually.

sorry again littless, got back to your e-mails and PMs today.

getting married isn't fun, 1) getting worked like a dog at home on top of making these, 2) getting worked like a dog at work because i'll be gone for a couple weeks. sent out all orders made by 8/18 on saturday, and at least one person has already received the package. they're coming. all other orders (up until today) should be shipped within a couple of days

so far only one had the problem to my knowledge. i'm scratching my head on this one, needless to say i'm pissed though.

just want to make sure that people don't drive around with the bracket tight up against the mount, that can't be good...

you'll love it.

by the way, we're down to 10 blue braces left. no more for ~1 month or so (no silver or red remain)

and silver is going to be the only color offered from here out
