Tranny mount

I may have a stupid question. Ive been looking all over the car and I cant seem to find where I can do a tranny mount swap. The engine mount swap was nice and easy. Has anyone installed the tranny mount themselves??

do you mean you can't find the aftermarket part, or you don't know where the tranny mount is?

+1

Just jack the car up, crawl under and you'll see them right away. The rear one is a little harder to get to, but the front mount is easy.

it's a few bolts. you have to support the engine though. shouldn't be hard.

Sweet deal, I like easy installs. Where on the car are they located? I bought a front tranny mount.

look under the hood, behind the engine, you'll see it to the right of the downpipe. maybe 3 inches to the right of it or so. there's a heat sheild there, and then the mount.

here ya go, you can see it in this pic to the right of the downpipe... you have the downpipe, right next to it is the heat sheild, and next to that (after the little gap) is the mount. it's the round part. except yours shouldn't be bent to **** like mine

it's actually really easy to get to from underneath the car. you don't get it from the top.

No man I heard it takes 30 minutes for two of them. If you dont move the car in any way when you are installing it. It should be a breeze!
