I'm unsure what option I wanna go with to get 11.5 in the quater... Without getting a new car
some options I had in mind:
Harrop S/C with head work 78lb valves
Turbo Swap
Twin charge
I need some ideas....

depends on how "safe" u wanna be. I built my block completely and run a zzp turbo kit and should run 11.5 on slicks with no problem. I should be around 450hp and could crank it up higher if i need too. My weak spot is my transmission cause im a 2.2 cobalt. Ur an ss so zzp will be releasing a tranny in may to support some power. So id say zzp tranny, axles, slicks, zzp turbo kit or piece ur own together, and build your block if u want to be safe and not have a ticking time bomb

I honestly would try to stay TVS. I'm not saying that cuz it's for huge power, but it would be awesome to see a still S/C Balt do an 11 on the quarter. It will take work. I'm talking bore your engine, head work, port the head and blower, cams, nice tune, etc. My plan is similar to yours, but a horsepower goal and I'm not finishing this summer haha. My plan is 400 WHP while still using the M62. I know it's a long shot, but I want to see if it is possible.

11s are definitely doable with the TVS. Hell, add a ported head and some cams on stickies and you should be able to get there without a problem, you just have to make sure you have stage 2 driver mod.
