pirelli=blah... new falkens= ! LOTS more traction and all seasons which should get me a little more mileage than those pirellis.

the potenzas are really expensive though ... anyone have any good experience with an all season tire thats really good, i want ssomething that will hold traction both for launching and what not and weather conditions like snow/rain... and i also want a comfortable ride like not noisy...thanks (even though i feel like i wouldnt hear it with my exhaust lol)

Potenzas rock man, i had the re950s now i have the re960s. They are good wearing tires also...

I will be going a diff route know with more mods, prolly bfg kdw2 or a set of Potenza re760 but those wear super quick.

Also my car has
*Prothane control arm bushings*
*Prothane trans mount bushings*
*TTR Solid motor mount (installed recently and completed my setup nicely, half the vibes with all 3 than just the trans mounts. much easier to control the torque)
*eibach springs (seem to help especially at speed/cornering)*
*front and rear braces (again traction during cornering)*
*boost progressively limited to 60% in first gear via hp tuners*

no LSD unfortunatley but i think it would make a difference

I gave away my ingalls long ago cuz it was a waste of time with anything over 250 whp

my Potenza re960s i trust in any weather but now im at that theshhold where tires have to be a sticky commodity

thanks! I have the Falken Ze-912's 225/40/18. they are all seasons and have a 40000 mile tread wear guaranty, and potenzas are way more expensive.

all seasons are a compromise. they will never be as good as dedicated summer wheels, and will never be as good as dedicated winter wheels. they do both "ok". that being said it may not be much more money to get both sets, and have the best in all situations. just another option to look into.
