That was a joke.

Tuning your car would be pointless and probably only gain a few ponies.

well if you dont want to do stage kits your pretty limited. injectors/pulleys is your next best mod OTTP stage kit is great bang for your buck. Would highly recommend. Other then that its nitrous/tvs setup/turbo all witch i will assume are also not an option.

i know that why i said OTTP stage kit, the other options total conversion options that would cost alot of money. Check this kit out
http://www.ottperformance.com/Cobalt...duct_info.html

You wont find a better deal

also your probably pretty much off warranty so that should not matter.

I ran the OTTP kit and it was great, now im onto the TVS

well anything else you do will give you small gains, i would just leave the car as is if you are nto interested in the stage kits. What scares you about the stage kits?

If you want to make power, either go with a stage kit from GM or OTTP (preferably the latter) or piece one together yourself. Honestly, it'd be a total waste of money to tune your car if it's stock with just a CAI. Use the money you'd spend on a tune on a stage kit. Or if you're trying to stay away from them, buy a full exhaust or start getting cooling mods (heat exchanger, etc

Oh and PS - never buy a chip, they're a hoax. And for that matter, stay away from canned tunes as much as you can. Street tunes are the best, dyno tunes are the 2nd best. Just a fyi.

i had my car for 3 years before i modded it. Save some money and do things the right way, like said above you can do cooling mods and traction mods for cheaper but you wont see no noticable differences but will be setting you up nicely for the future. Also tons of people sell decent used stuff so if your careful you can pick up stuff for bargain deals on here. Good luck
