Is it a NEED no, but is it a good idea to get a tune, absolutely. This is coming from a tuner. Whenever you change the way the air flows, how much air is flowing and how much air is exiting the motor, its a good idea to play around with the fuel trims

 

^Agreed its not a absolute need but you mise well just to be safe, it wont hurt. well maybe the wallet lol
