Tune help VE LTFT scan -50?

Help! I've searched all over the forums and HPT and I'm learning how to tune but I'm getting scans on my LTFT that are around -50. I just installed a 3" zzp longtube, catted downpipe, res, and 3" catback (all zzp) and I have an AEM intake. Does anyone have this setup that has a scan file or HPT config file so I can compare? Just installed a wideband today but cant log with HPT since I dont have pro. I haven't changed any tables yet just took off TQMGMT dropped boost in 1st and disabled a/c after 5000rpm and wot.

You should still watch them both. I would have to say your short term fuel trim is most important.

Post your tune, config and a log. You may just have your PID's or histogram set incorrectly, but it is hard to know with nothing to go off of.

I assume since you are referencing VE, you have your MAF disabled. Engine Diag > Airflow > MAF Fail High set to 0Hz.

Did you dissable CFCO, DFCO and COT?

I disable LTFT's and tune with STFT's after I have dialed in my Stoich. What did you set your Stoich to?

Haven't tuned anything yet. Stoich left alone. Disabled all but cqt. I'm catted should I disable it? Tune is stock as far as fuel/timing etc... I'm on the road going outta state scan was worrying me seems like I'm rich?

If you are taking your car out of town / state, then do not disable anything. The ECM will work on correcting your AFR to stoich.

Correct stoich for E10 is 14.13 AFR or 1 Lambda. What wideband do you have? Most do not actually read AFR, they read lambda and display estimated AFR.

14 - 15.5 cruising is fine for now.

You probably have the standard .cfg running which shows 2 banks, go into your data and delete LTFT/STFT bank 2, also bank 2 02 can be deleted.

yeah, the setup that the software comes up with is incorrect. at least for tuning the lsj.. well not incorrect, just not very usefull

its gonna take a bit of reading before you even get your config setup how youd like it to be to properly tune. id send you mine, but it wouldnt help as i have mine setup for an ngk wideband and all the custom pids would get alittle confusing.

thanks for the replies. had a hell of a week with work, my phone, laptop and tv all crashed and I'm still stuck on 12 hr shifts 6 days a week... ehhh... but hopefully soon I'll do some more reading and reconfigure the software to read correctly and go from there. again thanks for the input. I'll need more soon, I'm sure of it.
