tuning help!

I just bought an '05 SS/SC with an aftermarket garrett turbo kit, and it idles like it has cams but I'm not 100% sure. I don't know if it has any tuning software on it but I need to get it tuned as soon as possible. I'm new to cobalts and i'm not sure where to start.

please help!
