TVS 300WHP Wall
Doing a quick calculation, I can see that Area is using a factor of 15% drive train loss for a Cobalt. That is obviously the stock 5 speed. That makes me a little curious as to what to expect from the Quiafe 6 speed conversion. The individual gears are a little wider, so, they will take power to run. I get that. Does the fact that the gears are far less helical in cut also effect their power consumption? Anyone care to venture a guess as to what I should be considering as a power loss factor across the 6 speed?
