Vibrant Header & Downpipe installed!!

So yesterday I finally got and had my Vibrant Header & Downpipe w/high flow cat installed by SMG Motoring who did and excellent job installing it! Before the install I already have the GM Stage 2 kit, Injen CAI and GMPP Performance Exhaust.

Its been almost 2 days driving with it on now and NO CEL AT ALL!!

For sounds the GMPP Performance definitely changed very noticeably. The car idles a little more aggresivley and when on it the car sounds pissed! (In a good way) I had my friend drive my car me just a few hours ago so I could hear what it sounds like flying by me and it suree sounds greatt! Deep tone and aggressive when on it.

As for performance I noticed the low end power mellow down a little bit but not enough to be disappointed about at all. Like many others have mentioned it really wakes up from mid-high around 5, 6kish.

I had to see what it was capable of so I ran it against by buddy who has a 2006 STI who just has a cat-back and a SRI. I was shocked at the results. We ran from 40, 45 and a 50 roll a bunch of times and I won everytime thinking he would catch up which never happened. I wasn't doing my best shifting either considering I hit redline twice. But he actually fell in love with the car after running against me. But he is getting a bunch of new parts put on soon and a tune so I definitely wouldn't stand a chance after that lol. But With the mods I have against his I guess we are faster.

If I can I will try to get a video of my car when I can for those who are interested

Very nice. I love the idle on mine as well, and I just have the Touring exhaust.
