Voltage Problem?!!?!!?

So..

I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks now.

I have an in dash that tells me the voltage.

When the car was ok, the voltage when the car is on was 14.4v normal, but now it drops to 8.1 and lower. Then the cars starts to shake. And it suddenly rises to up to 16V.

When I had the scanner it read the code.

P0621 Generator L-Terminal Circuit -PCM

At night, the lights start to dim and brighten like crazy. When I turn on the AC it doesnt cool. Air comes out but it warm.

Anybody has had problems like this?

Thanks!!
